Do you sell gluten free gingerbread kits and are they ok for celiacs?

Yes, they are available through the online shop in the category Gluten-free Gingerbread.  We can’t guarantee that our Gluten-Free Gingerbread is ok for Celiacs as although it is made using 100% gluten free ingredients, it is prepared in the same facility and baked in the same oven as our regular wheaten flour gingerbread. There is, therefore, always the possibility that traces of gluten from the air etc. can make their way into the gluten-free products. However, be assured that great care is taken to sterilize all equipment and utensils before gluten free gingerbread making is begun.

What is pre-loaded Icing?

Pre-loaded icing is a piping bag full of pre-whipped royal icing. It is sealed and ready to pipe, all you have to do is snip the end.

How long does the pre-loaded icing last and where should I store it?

Our pre-loaded icing will last for 2-3 weeks if stored in the fridge and 2-3 days if stored at room temperate (about 22°C). We recommend that when you receive your icing, you store it in the fridge until the day you need it. When you need it, take it out of the fridge and bring it back to room temperature (allow 2-3 hours for this) Give the icing bag a gentle massage before piping.

When and how do I place a tentative order?

Email Emma Jordan at orders@jordansgingerbread.com.au to place a tentative order as early as August. Simply give your name, organisation details, event date, estimate number of kits and delivery or pick-up preference. This tentative order requires no deposit and can be cancelled at any time with no charge.

How do I place my final order?

When do I need to have my final order in by?

2 weeks before your event if you need delivery or

1 week before you pick-up the kits

(more time is needed to pack, dispatch and send your order)

When does my gluten free order need to be in by?

31st of Oct  is our gluten free cut off

Can I add on to my bulk order after it has been placed?

Yes. The best way to do that is to send an email to orders@jordansgingerbread.com.au with the update. Please expect a reply to confirm.

If you are picking up your order from our shop at Riverstone you are free to purchase extra kits over the counter for the same wholesale price.

Some groups order extra kits when they place their final number so they can cater for last minute attendees. They then sell off the left-over kits the following week/s.

What happens if a piece of my gingerbread kit is broken or missing?

We are happy to refund or replace them free of charge.

Is there a discount the more kits you order?

Yes we offer bulk prices for orders over 20 kits. Please see Bulk Price List page.

Do you sell lollies?

No, as we have found that groups enjoy the freedom of purchasing their own assorted range. There are a number of bulk lolly suppliers that can be found on the web that deliver.

Is your Gingerbread available all year long?

No, only between October and December.

How long will my done up Gingerbread House last?

A decorated house wrapped in cello will last 2-3 months.
