There’s really nothing quite like building and decorating a gingerbread house at Christmas time! Our handmade Gingerbread House kit With Cello comes as a baked flat pack including:
- Four wall pieces (tree and star cut-outs) + two roof Pieces
- 10″ silver round board
- 300 grams of pre-loaded icing in a piping bag
- Cello
- Velcro Ribbon Fastener (to hold house in place while drying) see picture below
Simply build the house using the icing as glue and our new ribbon fastener and decorate with lollies till your hearts content!

Our gingerbread is made with household ingredients. Mixed, cut and baked with care in our family bakery.
Regular Gingerbread Ingredients:
Wheaten flour, Sugar, Cane Sugar Syrup, Eggs, Reconstituted Lemon Juice (Vitamin C (300), Natural Flavour, Preservatives 223, 211), Margarine (animal fat, vegetable oil, water, salt, emulsifiers 9322, 435, non-fat milk solids, flavours, antioxidants (320, 310, colours 160 (b), 100), Baking powder (mineral salt 170, 450, 500, 541), Spices (ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves).
Royal Icing Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Egg, Albumen Powder, Vegetable gums (412, 466), Food Acid (330)
